The course is designed to retrain veterans in the installation, maintenance, and implementation of photovoltaic systems — with skills sufficient to secure their first job in the solar energy sector or to use solar power plants (PV systems) for personal or community benefit

Course Program
Includes 30 hours of online lectures, 14 hours of offline practical sessions, 8 hours of hands-on photovoltaic system installation, 9 hours of exams and safety training for working at heights.
In the first part of this module, you will gain a foundational understanding of electrical power systems and electrical engineering. You'll learn how power systems operate, the role of renewable energy sources within them, and the basics of safe working practices. This knowledge will prepare you for hands-on photovoltaic system installation, which you’ll carry out in the second part of the module.

How the Training Works
The course follows a blended learning format: pre-recorded video lessons you study online, supplemented by additional offline lectures.

- Practical sessions take place in safe locations in Kharkiv and Chernihiv

We provide career consultation, and the best students receive monetary rewards and support in registering as private entrepreneurs (FOP) to start their own business.
Practical sessions will be held in Kharkiv at NTU KhPI (please add the location in Chernihiv).
You can learn the theory online, but all practical sessions are mandatory offline. When practical training begins, you will need to choose a city (Kharkiv or Chernihiv) and temporarily relocate there until the course is completed.
The course is open to both men and women.
The course is funded by Ukrainian and international charitable organizations, so one condition for free training is full completion of the course — both online and offline.
The course is exclusively for war/ATO veterans.
